1:1 Nutrition Orientation - During our first session, I’ll ask you a series of questions to create a personalized Cookbook for you, designed to uplift your hormonal health, and strengthen your digestive system while getting you to your overall health goals. You’ll also receive “how-to” guides for grocery shopping, plate building, and meal prepping successfully. The nutrition orientation will also include a custom grocery list, and a premade Instacart order stores in your area to help you build your kitchen with whole-food based nutrition to simplify the process of you reaching your health and wellness goals.

Nervous System Regulation – Your stress response plays a major role in your metabolism, immune health, hormone levels, and overall health. I’ll help you build tools to manage stress, lower cortisol, and feel more at ease in your body.

Hormonal Health & Metabolic Support – Struggling with PCOS, perimenopause, irregular cycles, or other hormonal imbalances? I provide strategies to help restore balance naturally and support your body's unique needs.

Duration: 75-90 minutes

Receive tailored recommendations that align with your specific needs, whether it’s optimizing your nutrition, regulating your nervous system, managing inflammation, or creating sustainable lifestyle habits.
